Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1 3/4 sticks butter
    10 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cocoa; add milk and melted butter.
    Boil 5 minutes; add marshmallows and beat well.
