Ingredients

1 c. powdered non-dairy creamer
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. instant coffee
1/2 c. cocoa
8 hard peppermint candies, broken up
Preparation

Blend all ingredients on high until blended.
Yield: 4 cups. Place 1-2 Tbsp. in coffee cup; add 6 oz. boiling water.
For extra flavor serve with peppermint or cinnamon stick.
If desired add brandy or rum to taste.
