Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix all together and beat.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
