Crunch & Creamy Hash Brown Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. shredded hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion (can substitute dried onion, but lessen quantity to 1/8 cup)
    2 c. cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed chex or rice krispies
    milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine half of margarine (melted), hash browns, sour cream, chicken soup, onions, and a chicken soup can full of milk.
    Put in a 9x13 pan, salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
    Pour other half of melted margarine over crushed cereal and mix; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
