Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 head cabbage, grated
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper (red or green), chopped
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over cabbage and enough water to cover; let stand 1 hour, then drain.
    Mix vinegar, water, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Place celery and bell pepper in cabbage after water has been drained off.
    Let cool, then store in container and freeze.
