Orange Sherbet Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. heavy cream, whipped, or 1 pkg. Dream Whip (prepared)

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add sherbet; mix well. Chill until partially set.
Add oranges; fold in whipped cream. Pour into oiled 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill until set.
