Bev'S Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar or pkg. sauerkraut, well rinsed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sweet milk (2%)
    1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced into pieces (not too thick)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot; mix well and let blend without heat for about 1 hour. Turn heat on low and cook for 3 to 4 hours until it is bubbly and hot.
