Chili Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can diced chilies
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation

Layer the
cheeses in a greased quiche dish.
In quiche shaker mix
together
the
remaining
ingredients.
Pour over cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
