Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) fryer
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 jar chopped pimentos, drained
    2 boxes Uncle Ben's rice with seasoning
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 c. mushrooms, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 small onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Stew chicken until tender.
    Debone and cut up.
    Cook rice according to package directions, substituting chicken broth for water.
    Fold all ingredients together.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put into a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (Note:
    turkey can be substituted for chicken.)
