Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. grated nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; cream until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
    Stir into first mixture; mix well.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Pour into 2 well oiled and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
