Zucchini And Cheese Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 very large onion (or more or less)
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 medium zucchini (about 2 x 9-inches long)
salt
garlic salt or powder
Muenster cheese (small pack)
Preparation

Cut up and dice onion.
Using some butter or margarine or water using a large frying pan, fry onions until soft.
Add stewed tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Peel zucchini and slice.
Add cut up zucchini to stewed tomato mixture.
Add to taste salt, garlic salt and/or garlic powder.
Bring to boil, then turn down to low and cover with lid until zucchini has cooked and has turned yellowish in color.
Add Muenster completely over the top of mixture and cover until melted.
