Stuffed Mushrooms Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash mushrooms and select 12 of the largest.
    Remove stems and set aside.
    Chop stems and remaining mushrooms.
    Place chopped mushrooms in a skillet.
    Add butter and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except melted butter.
    Mix well.
    Fill mushrooms with stuffing. Place in greased baking pan.
    Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
