Aunt Judy'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water
    2 boxes lime Jell-O (4 serving size)
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple, crushed
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 carton cottage cheese
    1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine Jell-O and hot water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Better if prepared 24 hours before serving.
