Caesar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. croutons
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    6 anchovy fillets (can use anchovy paste)
    1 egg
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Crush garlic and combine with oil. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Add to this, salt, mustard, pepper, Worcestershire, lemon and anchovies.
    Refrigerate. Boil egg.
