Sunflour Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 to 3 well rounded Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. fresh buttermilk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Add milk gradually to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on floured board and knead lightly, about 30 seconds.
    Roll 1/3-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake on greased biscuit pan at 450\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
