Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. onions
    2 carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. hot water
    2/3 c. mushrooms
    2 medium tomatoes
    8 oz. noodles or rice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Skin and flour chicken. Add bouillon dissolved in water, onions, carrots and seasonings. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook 15 minutes longer. Remove chicken and place on bed of noodles or rice.
    Mix flour with sour cream. Stir into vegetable sauce and cook 3 minutes. Spoon over noodles or rice.
