Chocolate Pistachio Cannolis(Makes 12 Cannolis) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sifted confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. chopped citron
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 prepared 5-inch cannoli shells
1/3 c. finely chopped pistachio nuts
Preparation

Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels; stir until smooth.
Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, beat Ricotta cheese until smooth.
Add cream cheese, confectioners sugar, citron and vanilla extract.
Beat well.
Blend in melted morsels.
Spoon into cannoli shells.
Dip ends in nuts.
Chill until ready to serve.
