Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken breast, skinned, boned and sliced thin
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 1/2 c. chopped veggies
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. La Choy duck sauce
Preparation

In small bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch and soy sauce; mix well.
In large skillet or wok heat 1 tablespoon oil.
Stir-fry chicken until it loses color and starts to brown.
Remove chicken and set aside.
