Hominy Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can hominy
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    liquid from drained hominy and milk to measure 1 c.
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. diced green chili
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    (Drain liquid from hominy and add enough milk to make a cup).
    Add to previous ingredients.
    Cook until thick, then blend in shredded cheese and chili.
    Pour over hominy in casserole bowl and heat in microwave 6 minutes.
