Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 gal. tomato juice
    1 bunch celery
    1/4 to 1/3 c. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 to 2 green peppers
    2 large onions
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Blend green peppers, celery and onions to a pulp in blender; add to the tomato juice.
    Add everything together; bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Put in bottles to process for 20 minutes.
