Microwave Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cooked sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly.
    Pierce skins all around with a knife or fork.
    Wrap individually in a paper towel and microwave on High.
    Count the total number of potatoes to be cooked and add 8 minutes per potato to total the necessary cooking time.
    When cooking time elapses, allow potatoes to remain wrapped in paper towel (2 minutes per potato).
    Unwrap potatoes and allow to cool enough to handle and peel.
