Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can diced tomatoes or 1 1/2 c. peeled, diced tomatoes
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. green sweet peas, cooked (optional)
    1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add elbow macaroni, celery, tomatoes, onions, pepper and peas.
    Toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
