Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced squash (6 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion and drain.
    Combine squash, onion, soup, sour cream and carrot.
    Combine separately the herb stuffing mix and butter/oleo.
    Spread 1/2 of the herb stuffing mixture in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spoon vegetable mixture over herb stuffing mixture.
    Top with remaining herb mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
