Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
-
Chop onion and brown in oleo.
Add milk, cheese and cream of chicken soup.
Boil rice in water according to instructions on package.
Add rice and broccoli to cheese mixture.
Put in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
