Seafood Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked flaked fish or crabmeat
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    4 medium zucchini
    3/4 c. tomato puree
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook garlic in\t1/2
    cup
    olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add bread crumbs
    and stir to brown.
    Remove from heat and add parsley, pepper and
    seafood.
    Set\taside.\tCut squash in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out center, chop and saute in 1/2 cup olive oil and onion.\tAdd
    remaining\tingredients
    and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Pour
    into
    rectangular\tbaking\tdish.
    Stuff
    fish mixture into
    center
    of
    zucchinis,
    arrange in tomato sauce. Bake at 375\u00b0 until tender, about 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
