Ingredients

6 egg yolks, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. rolled graham crackers
6 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Combine egg yolks, vanilla, almond extract, sugar, salt and baking
powder.
Mix well.\tAdd graham crackers.
Fold in egg whites.
Add
chopped
nuts.
Bake\tat

for 30 to 35 minutes in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
