Cranberry Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
2 (3 oz.) pkg. black raspberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
2 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 unpeeled orange, seeded
3/4 c. sugar
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water, pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt.
Chill until partially set.
Put cranberries and orange through a food chopper.
Add sugar, pineapple and mandarin oranges.
Stir into gelatin.
Pour into mold and chill.
