Angel Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. corn meal (yellow or white)
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together well (excluding yeast).
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Mix together well the dissolved yeast, oil and buttermilk with the dry ingredients.
Pour batter into a well-greased cornbread stick or muffin pans and bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
Serve hot or cold.
