Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 onion, peeled and sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a lightly oiled casserole dish, place a layer of potatoes.
    Sprinkle with flour, then place a layer of onion.
    Sprinkle each layer with flour.
    Alternate onion and potatoes until all are used.
    Salt and pepper each layer. Heat the milk and margarine; pour over potatoes.
    Cover casserole; bake for 1 hour.
    Remove cover and bake another 1/2 hour to brown. Yields 6 servings.
