Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. rotini pasta
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    vinegar
    water
    oil
    8 oz. cooked ham
    4 oz. hard Italian salami
    1 c. cubed Provolone cheese
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted olives
    1 red pepper
    4.5 oz. whole mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut ham, salami and red pepper in thin strips.
    Drain artichoke hearts, olives and mushrooms.
    Prepare salad dressing mix with vinegar, water and oil.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently.
    Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
