Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/3 c. rice, cooked
    1 small clove garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 to 2 stalks celery
    1 small piece salt pork
    1 tomato paste
Preparation
    Partly boil cabbage 1/2 hour.
    Remove from water.
    Set aside to cool.
    Saute salt pork, garlic, onions and chopped celery.
    Add to hamburg mixture and rice, salt and pepper.
    Fill every leaf of cabbage with mixture.
    Roll up and place in pan.
    Mix tomato paste with 1 can of water.
    Pour over cabbage roll.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
