Oven Fried Corn Flake Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs, crushed but not pulverized
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Mix together eggs and milk.
    Separately mix cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in milk and egg mixture; then in crumbs, evenly coating each piece.
    Set in well-greased baking pan.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
