Sail Along Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    slivered almonds
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced
    1 lb. ham, diced
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Place rice in a large bowl.
    Pour pineapple liquid into small bowl.
    Beat in mayonnaise, mustard and salt.
    To rice, add pineapple chunks, peppers, onions and ham.
    Add dressing and mix well.
    Add cheese.
    Toss lightly.
    Chill at least one hour.
    Top with slivered almonds.
    Serves 6 to 8.
