Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 lemon (juice and rind)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. hot water for jello
    1 large can milk, chilled
Preparation
    Mix jello, sugar and water; cool.
    Grate lemon.
    Whip milk. Add jello, sugar and water mixture.
    Beat, then add lemon.
    Pour in dish lined with vanilla wafers and chill.
