Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except vanilla.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring continually.
    Let boil rapidly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Cool and beat until enough to spread on cake.
    Spread on cooled cake.
