Mexican Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Crisco
1/2 lb. broken spaghetti
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 green pepper
2 medium onions
3 cloves garlic
4 stalks celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can stewed tomatoes
grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Melt Crisco in large skillet, add broken spaghetti.
Add browned hamburger and remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Cook all together until well done.
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and let melt.
