Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. fruit juice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Put egg and butter in saucepan.
    Add salt, sugar and fruit juice.
    Cook over water until thick, about 5 minutes. Add lemon juice.
    If too thick, thin with cream.
