Savory Sunday Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    8 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain.
    Add onions; cook until tender.
    Add combined eggs, milk and pepper.
    Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.
    Add cream cheese; continue cooking; stirring occasionally until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set.
    Sprinkle with chives.
    Yields 6 servings.
