Oven Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large potatoes, cooked
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper on top to taste
    milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and mash with sour cream, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
    Add milk to right consistency.
    Put in greased casserole (2-quart) and dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika. When ready to serve, bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
