Classic Alfredo Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. uncooked fettuccine
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
4 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Cook fettuccine according to your taste of doneness; drain. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; gradually stir in cheese, then cream until well blended.
Continue heating sauce, stirring constantly, just to boiling point.
Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
Add sauce to hot fettuccine; toss lightly.
Serves 6.
