No-Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into cubes
    1 envelope from a 2.4 oz. pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. ginger ale
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a 2-quart baking dish and cook, covered, for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
