Crabmeat-Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 c. crabmeat
1/2 c. shredded cabbage or 1 c. carrots
1 c. diced cucumber
1 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onions, thinly sliced or chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced or chopped
1 small jar pimento, cut into strips
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
salt and pepper
mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Boil the macaroni fast, as directed on package.
Drain and chill.
Flake the crabmeat; combine with macaroni, cabbage or carrots, cucumber, celery, onions, green pepper, pimento and eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Garnish with thin slices of tomatoes and radishes.
Chill for at least 1/2 hour.
Serves 6.
