Pork Roast Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place roast fat side up in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Insert meat thermometer (not touching bone or fat).
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over roast.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until thermometer reaches 170\u00b0, basting frequently with pan drippings.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with remaining sauce.
