Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 egg
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Combine sugar, oil and salt in bowl.
    Add milk; stir until dissolves.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in water. Add to milk mixture.
    Beat egg; add to milk mix. Add flour and mix to soft dough.
    Knead 3 to 4 minutes.
    Put in greased bowl; rise in warm place for 1 hour.
    Roll 1/3 oblong, 1/4-inch thick.
    Brush with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Roll out and cut 1-inch slices.
    Lay flat in greased round pan.
    Rise 1 hour. Bake at 370\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
