Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh or unthawed frozen blueberries
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add blueberries, milk, butter and egg.
    Mix until dry ingredients are just moistened.
    Do not overbeat.
    Spoon batter into paper-lined micro-safe cupcake pan.
    Don't fill more than 2/3 up.
    Microwave at Medium High power for 3 minutes; let rest for 3 minutes.
    Microwave at High power another 2 to 3 minutes or until done.
    They will still be a little soft in the center; let rest in the pan for a couple of minutes.
