Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 unbeaten eggs
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil and beat with electric mixer in large bowl until light.
Mix together dry ingredients and add, alternating with egg, to the sugar and oil mixture.
Beat well after each addition.
With a wooden spoon, stir in carrots and nuts.
Bake in a 9-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
