Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except oleo and cracker crumbs.
    Toss, then top off with cracker crumbs and melted oleo.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until golden and lightly crusted.
