Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    1 large box Mexican Velveeta cheese (mild or hot)
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
    Place meat in crock-pot. Cube cheese and add to beef. When cheese has melted, add Tabasco sauce to taste.
    Keep warm in crock-pot.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
