Applesauce Muffin Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks soft margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. allspice
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 lb. can applesauce
    2 tsp. soda
    4 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Using a large mixing bowl, cream together margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Sift together and add to the mixture the plain flour, cloves, allspice and cinnamon.
    Add the pecans. Combine and add applesauce and soda.
    Using a wooden spoon, mix well. Batter will be thick. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
    Batter keeps indefinitely.
