Honey Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. smoked ham (pork shoulder)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Cut meat off bone.
    Use 12 ounces.
    Steam 30 minutes.
    Cool. Remove skin; cut off fat.
    Slice into small pieces (2 or 3 inches round).
    Steam again, 30 minutes.
    Remove juices. Boil water.
    Add sugar and ham.
    Stir 1 to 2 minutes until sugar dissolves and bubbles appear.
    Add honey until mixture is complete, about 30 seconds.
